Background
The International Cultural and Education Association (ICEA) was co-founded by Dr. Jack Fei Yang and Jun Kajee, along with distinguished professors and scholars, including university presidents, deans, school principals, and educators. ICEA is a non-profit organization driven by the vision of "Education for All," striving to provide quality education and education equity for all, regardless of age, gender, socioeconomic status, nationality, religion, or political affiliation. ICEA believes that every learner deserves equal access to learning opportunities and resources to improve their knowledge, enabling them to positively influence others and contribute to a better world.
Mission and Activity
ICEA focuses on global engagement with Taiwan as its central hub, integrating high-quality international education and cultural and creative industry resources for collaboration. Grounded in Chinese culture and incorporating Taiwan's diverse cultural heritage (Indigenous, Hakka, and Hoklo), ICEA enhances cultural and creative industries through value-added initiatives and innovative resource integration. Primary pursuits include:
1.) By uniting industry, government, academia, and research sectors, ICEA promotes cultural and creative applications.
2.) ICEA establishes diverse international education resources and networks, offering both degree and non-degree programs, as well as online and face-to-face learning opportunities. These range from K-12 diplomas to Bachelor's, Master's, and Doctoral degrees, in partnership with leading schools in the USA, Taiwan, and China.
3.) The organization conducts non-profit training and cultural exchange activities through online and in-person instruction. Many of ICEA's activities are supported by funding from local governments and involve government officials from the USA and Taiwan.
